This policy explains how Corporate Workshops, trading as David Peace Magic, handles the personal information you send through this website.

Who we are

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we collect:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your company or organisation, if you provide it
• the workshop, format and delivery you are interested in
• your preferred date and time, and the county and venue for in-person sessions
• any message or notes you add to the form
• the IP address the form was sent from, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention

We do not ask for or store payment card details on this website.

Why we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal
• to arrange and deliver a workshop if you book one
• to keep records of enquiries and bookings
• to prevent spam and abuse of the form

Legal basis

We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running the service. Where you book a workshop, we also process the information needed to perform that contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you book a workshop, we keep the related records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to you, including our email delivery provider (Brevo) and our hosting and enquiry management systems. These providers process the information on our behalf.

Cookies

This site uses a single session cookie to protect the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery. It is strictly necessary and is removed when you close your browser. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated and consent requested where required.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at david@corporateworkshops.ie. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
